A high profile office investment purchased in 1996. During ownership, there has been good capital growth due to a successful rent review and improvements to the covenant.
15-16 Bedford Row, London WC1
This period office building was also purchased in 1996, when it was significantly over-rented. Subsequently, the investment became rack-rented as the location improved and the capital value increase by over 45% before the investment was disposed of.
Harefield House, Uxbridge
A grade II listed building with a modern extension set in extensive landscaped grounds. During ownership, considerable refurbishment has been overseen and the investment has seen strong rental growth.
Ely Business Park
3 separate parcels of land were assembled to form a 32 acre site and planning permission was gained for 380,000 sq ft of B1 (office and research) space. The site was sold to a local developer in November 2006.
